From 30th of September our service will be closed for approximately 8 weeks.

During this time, we will be training new volunteers and working on bring additional services to our users. If you have an on-going case with us, don’t worry, we will be in touch with you individually and we will continue to assist you. However we will not be taking on any new cases during this time. If you need assistance in the meantime, please see our referral list.

The drop in will be open today (23rd) and next friday (30th) from 10am to 1pm if you would like to talk to us in person.

WestGAP is an anti-poverty community group run by and for people in Glasgow who have first hand experience of living in poverty. We provide a free, independent and confidential advice service covering welfare rights as well as support with housing problems, fuel poverty, homelessness and a wide range of other issues. We are totally independent, are not funded by government, and are not part of any political party or organisation. Our service is open to all and completely free.
